The Algogear™ VNR-1000-HD Dual Video Noise Reducer utilizes advanced noise reduction technology to remove both pre-processing and post-processing DCT-based compression artifacts such as mosquito noise and block artifacts, as well as various other types of random noise that result from analog to digital conversion, recording equipment or low-light captures. In addition, detail enhancement processing allows for enhanced detail without adding halos or ringing.
The VNR-1000-HD dramatically increases picture quality and/or reduces bandwidth requirements for delivering content through cable, satellite, terrestrial networks, and IPTV delivery platforms. In addition, it allows for two channels to be processed simultaneously. This provides broadcasters with more channel processing density than any other solution available on the market today and significantly reduces their cost per channel.
